DESCRIPTION:
Join us as an Administrative Services Coordinator I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll provide essential administrative support across various functions while working with professionals who value excellence and innovation. You'll manage day-to-day operations including document handling, supply management, meeting coordination, and visitor support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain smooth operations while supporting our team's success. This position offers opportunities to work with stakeholders while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Rquired Education and Experience:
• High School diploma / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0-1year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
• In some cases a second language may be required
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

REQUIREMENTS:
• No prior experience required
• Professional certification preferred
• Additional relevant certifications a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in administrative tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with office equipment and procedures
