Praxis Companies LLC is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Hamilton, AL. Drivers will be delivering manufactured bathware primarily in the southern states. Compensation
- Annual pay: $85,000+
- Paid actual miles, increases with length of service
- Additional pay:
- Drop pay
- Per diem layover pay
- Bonuses:
- Driver referral bonus: Referring driver paid 5 CPM for all miles ran by incoming referred driver for first 6 months of employment
- Quarterly safety bonus: 1 CPM for each accident & moving violation free mile driven
- Clean DOT inspection bonus: $50 per clean inspection
- Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home time: Home weekends for 34 hour reset
- Schedule: Sunday - Friday
- Route: Primary states include AL, GA, TN, AR, TX, MO, KY, NC, & VA
- Level of Touch: Drivers will often assist with unloading using a handtruck and will need to secure the freight using straps
Equipment
- Newer model Freightliner Cascadia tractors & Great Dane trailers
- Automatic transmission fleet
- Governed speed: 70
- Outward facing cameras
- ELD equipped using Motive system
- Amenities: APU, power inverters, refrigerator, air ride seats w/ temp control, upgraded mattress
Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- No more than 3 DOT recordable accidents in the last 5 years
- No speeding tickets over 15mph in the last 3 years
- No reckless driving convictions
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius:Drivers must live within 50 miles of Hamilton, AL
