RTech Engineering est buscando Ayudantes de Construccin responsables y trabajadores que estn preparados para trabajar al aire libre, realizar trabajo fsico, aprender nuevas habilidades y formar parte de un equipo que apoya importantes proyectos de infraestructura en todo el sur de Florida.

Se prefiere experiencia previa en construccin, pero no es requerida. Si tienes una slida tica de trabajo, eres puntual, sabes seguir instrucciones y tienes disposicin para aprender, queremos conocerte.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Como Ayudante de Construccin, trabajars junto a supervisores y miembros experimentados del equipo en proyectos de transporte, electricidad, fibra ptica e infraestructura.

Tus responsabilidades diarias pueden incluir:

• Cargar, descargar, mover y organizar materiales y equipos

• Preparar, limpiar y mantener organizados los lugares y reas de trabajo

• Ayudar a los equipos con trabajos de construccin e instalacin

• Utilizar herramientas manuales y elctricas de manera segura

• Apoyar proyectos elctricos, de fibra ptica, infraestructura subterrnea y otros proyectos relacionados

• Seguir las instrucciones de los supervisores y completar las tareas asignadas

• Cumplir con todos los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa y del lugar de trabajo

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

Debes sentirte cmodo con las exigencias fsicas y las condiciones propias de un entorno de construccin.

Los candidatos calificados deben:

• Tener la capacidad y disposicin para realizar trabajo fsico y trabajar al aire libre

• Ser responsables, puntuales y estar preparados para trabajar segn el horario establecido

• Poder seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera segura como parte de un equipo

• Sentirse cmodos utilizando herramientas manuales y elctricas, o estar dispuestos a aprender a utilizarlas

• Estar dispuestos a aprender nuevas habilidades relacionadas con la construccin y la infraestructura

• Experiencia previa en construccin es preferida, pero no requerida

• Poder comunicarse en espaol con fluidez.

RTech Engineering is looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers who are ready to work outdoors, perform hands-on physical work, learn new skills, and be part of a team supporting major infrastructure projects throughout South Florida.

Construction experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, show up on time, follow directions, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Construction Laborer, you will work alongside supervisors and experienced team members on transportation, electrical, fiber optic, and infrastructure projects.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials and equipment

• Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining job sites and work areas

• Assisting crews with construction and installation work

• Using hand and power tools safely

• Supporting electrical, fiber optic, underground infrastructure, and related projects

• Following supervisor instructions and completing assigned tasks

• Following all company and job-site safety procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should be comfortable with the physical demands and expectations of a construction environment.

Qualified candidates should be:

• Able and willing to perform physical labor and work outdoors

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled

• Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team

• Comfortable using or learning to use hand and power tools

• Willing to learn new construction and infrastructure skills

• Previous construction experience is preferred, but not required

• Must be able to communicate in Spanish
