Registered Nurse - Per Diem - Night Shift

Position Overview: Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery and postpartum care, providing safe, compassionate, and effective nursing services. Key Responsibilities: Independently delivering patient care, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, supervising unlicensed personnel, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and safety. Qualifications: Current IL RN license, graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certification, and at least two years of recent acute care experience in labor and delivery and postpartum settings. Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical skills in labor and postpartum care, excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Additional Details: Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays across multiple hospital locations, with varying hours based on per diem levels.
