Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor Washington Center invites you to join our team in Argyle, NY. Working either morning shift (7 am–3 pm) or evening shift (3 pm–11 pm). We are currently offering a $3,750 sign‑on bonus. Daily Pay through a trusted third‑party provider provides faster access to earnings. Premium health coverage through Aetna with low out‑of‑pocket costs. Responsibilities Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams. Requirements Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 3 years of long‑term care experience. Strong and positive team leadership for all staff members. Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Excellent communication skills.
