Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Room setting within a Level I Trauma Center environment
• Assess, triage, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective emergency interventions
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation throughout each patient encounter
• Adhere to all facility compliance, background check, and onboarding standards prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona — verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active TNCC certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Must not be an Arizona resident — Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments at Arizona facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or large acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity, high-volume emergency department workflows
