Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Entry Level

No direct ABA experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career. What You’ll Do Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients Collect and record data to track client progress Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards What We’re Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Reliable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently Passion for helping children and families Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• 15.00 for each billable client hour worked once BT training completed, but before RBT certification
• 14.00/hour for all non-billable training and administrative time
