WhatYou’llDo As a Mental Health Therapist atConcerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-basedtreatment.You’lllead therapy groups,facilitateindividualand familysessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovativeOTP, IOP, OPprogram. Clinical Responsibilities Include: Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults inour OTP program. Work in person at ourBrooklyn, MD location. Develop andmaintainperson-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insightandempowerment Design and deliver engagingpsychoeducationaland skillsgroups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses,PRP,and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention,attendanceandsuccessful program completion Complete clinical documentation accurately andtimely What You Bring You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care. EMDR experience is highly preferred Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
