Job Title: Business Account Manager

MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in the Des Moines metro area. This is an entry-level, client-facing sales role focused on meeting with business owners, building relationships, and helping them provide solutions for their teams.

You will work from a professional office setting while also attending scheduled client meetings in the community. Strong performers have a clear path to advance. This is a performance-based position — your results drive your income.

What you'll do:

• Complete structured training and daily coaching
• Meet with business owners and decision makers
• Present benefit options and assist with employee enrollments
• Manage your own outreach, appointments, and follow-ups
• Track activity in the CRM and work a Monday–Friday schedule

Who tends to succeed:

• People coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds
• Coachable, reliable, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated individuals who want performance-based pay
• Those with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to get licensed (full support provided)

Compensation :

• Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
• Target First-Year Range: $45,000 - $90,000+. Depending on individual execution and production.
