Senior Accountant
Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 The Opportunity
A global manufacturing company is hiring a Senior Accountant . The team is behind and needs someone who can step in, take ownership, and help modernize accounting processes. This is a hands-on, highimpact role with visibility and longterm growth.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review journal entries and support monthend close
- Perform account reconciliations and general ledger analysis
- Consolidate financial reporting from foreign subsidiaries
- Support foreign audits and global reporting requirements
- Work with foreign exchange (FX) and multicurrency accounting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
- Participate in ERP implementation and training across subsidiaries
- Use AI and Copilot tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong GAAP, monthend close, and GL background
- Manufacturing environment experience
- ERP experience (Oracle and/or SAP)
- Collaborative, handson, and visionoriented mindset
- Global exposure and corporatelevel reporting
- Company heavily invested in AI and modern systems
- Clear career path to Accounting Manager, Controller, and beyond
