Radiation Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $230.86 - $249.90

This facility is seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. Coverage dates: June 24–26 (2 of 3 days needed), September 28, and December 28. Ongoing need approximately 12 shifts per month.

Practice Setting: Outpatient radiation oncology clinic at one site in Lakewood, Colorado.

Type of Cases and Required Procedures: Adult and geriatric radiation oncology patients. Consultations, new patient visits, follow-ups, established patient visits, on-treatment visits, treatment planning, and treatment supervision. No CyberKnife or brachytherapy required.

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days standard. Temporary privileges available with a clean file; minimum 1 week needed.

Electronic Medical Record: Epic and Aria.

Certifications Required: Board Certification in Radiation Oncology. Active Drug Enforcement Administration registration highly preferred and required for credentialing.

Licensure Required: Active Colorado medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification in hand at submission.
