Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Title : Family Nurse Practitioner (Part time)
Locations : Mammoth Cave, KY 42259
Duration : Long Term
Shift: 8am 5pm (8 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Perform physical exams and treat acute/minor condition
Manage chronic illnesses and develop treatment plans
Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests
Administer immunizations and preventive care
Provide health education and wellness counseling
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare staff
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate referrals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements :

Must have an active, unrestricted KY license
DEA Certification
BLS
