3.Business Analyst

Role Summary : Act as liaisons between stakeholders and delivery teams. Responsible for gathering, documenting, and refining business workflows into actionable development items. Also, support UAT and product walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business units
• Translate user stories into detailed acceptance criteria
• Prioritize backlog and support sprint planning
• Support UAT testing and triage user-reported issues
• Assist in workflow design and process modeling

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis for enterprise platforms
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA/Confluence
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with UX designers and technical leads
