Position: Preschool Teacher, our teachers are there to provide a safe, loving, and warm environment, that sets the child up for success to learn, explore, and grow. This role is hands-on, where you are able to be creative, be supported, and be a role-model for your students.

Pay Rate: $15-$18 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Use our lessons plans to provide engaging lessons and activities that are developmentally appropriate.
·       Foster a nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe, loved, and seen.
·       Provide care and caregiving activities.
·       Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones.
·       Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities.
·       Additional duties as required

Qualifications

·       Previous experience actively engaging with babies and young children in a preschool setting, church, can be babysitting experience.
·       Must pass an FBI Background check and training requirements
·       Must be Eligible to work in the USA
·       High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years and older
·       An understanding of child development
·       Patient, kind, and nurturing
·       Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
·       Must love and enjoy caring for young children, singing silly songs, painting and engaging with children

Physical Requirements:

·       Able to navigate all areas of the classrooms and school safely and quickly
·       Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
·       Must be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, throughout the day and squat at eye level with the children.
