Requirements - CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- 23 years of age or older
- HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
- Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude
Benefits
- $0.80 CPM - Dry van (all miles paid)
- Additional pay when hauling Hazmat
- 3,000+ miles
- Home time: 3 weeks out/ flexible home time
- 2020 - 2024 Freightliners Cascadia, LED headlights, Fridge, microwave & Inverter
- Brand new dry van trailers
- Light HAZMAT only (paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- 24/7 Dispatch Support (All dispatchers & Ops Managers are former drivers)
- Full-Time, steady work
- Pet Policy
- Cash advances available after 2 weeks
- Extra Stop Pay: $50 per stop
- Detentions
- Safety Bonus: $100 - $300
- Referral Bonus: $400 after 30 days on duty
- Sign on bonus total of $4,000

Pulse Express is recruiting OTR CDL drivers from Sherwood, AR to handle dry van and HazMat freight lanes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van units carrying hazardous materials safely and on time
- Follow federal, state, and company compliance standards
- Document miles, inspections, and delivery records accurately

- $0.70–$0.75 per mile plus extra pay for stops, detentions, and safety
- Weekly earnings of $2,200–$3,100 and a sign-on bonus up to $4,000
