Group Fitness Instructor Murano is currently searching for a Group Fitness Instructor who is familiar with group fitness program development, planning and instruction of group fitness classes/activities including aquatic group fitness classes. Our Group Fitness Instructors: Plan and lead group fitness classes tailored to older adults Promote classes through events and outreach Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment Respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism Support community wellness goals and perform other duties as needed If you’re someone with: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred Group Fitness Certification (ACE or equivalent) within 3 months of hire 2+ years of experience, preferably with older adults Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills Knowledge of injury prevention, emergency procedures, and group fitness best practices Physical Requirements: This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and assisting with resident care.
