Job Description

As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while helping drive sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.

You will work closely with internal team members and customers to ensure events are organized effectively, sales goals are supported, and every interaction represents IGL4US professionally.

This role combines event coordination, customer engagement, organization, and sales support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events and promotional activities.
• Engage with prospective and existing customers during events.

• Follow up with potential customers and event participants when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support performance goals and ongoing campaigns.
• Assist with event preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up.
