Unarmed Security Officer needed in London, OH

PT/As-needed/1st & 3rd Shifts - $14.75/hr

As an Unarmed Security Officer with Genric, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our client's property and personnel, as well as your co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills to accurately maintain completed logs and reports
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional manner
• Possess intermediate computer skills
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Ability to follow established security protocols, while using initiative and good judgment

Responsibilities:

• Foot & Mobile patrols
• Ensure all barriers are secured
• Implement emergency procedures when needed
• Suggest and implement any improvements in procedures
• Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and submitted

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
