Forklift Operator

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by picking, moving, scanning, and accurately tracking materials according to customer orders and standard work instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials between receiving, storage, and designated work areas.
• Pick and distribute parts according to customer and work orders.
• Scan and accurately track inventory using the WMS.
• Complete forklift TPM requirements on schedule.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Perform occasional facility maintenance, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Follow all company environmental, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer literate; WMS experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with frequent distractions.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while following standard work procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently walk, twist, and turn.
• Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs.
• Ability to use hands for handling materials and operate equipment safely.
• Must have adequate vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Schedule/Work Environment: Traditional warehouse environment with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
