As a Warranty Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing warranty issues while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Respond to residential warranty service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, water lines, drain lines, and related components
• Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding repairs and warranty coverage
• Document service calls accurately and completely
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Ensure all work is performed safely and meets local plumbing codes and company standards
• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, and management to resolve warranty concerns
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience required
• Residential service or warranty experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing materials and equipment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
