Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment in accordance with minimum ICU staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions as needed
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes per facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Wisconsin or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Compliance with all facility health, background, and credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Ability to acclimate quickly to new clinical environments and team workflows
