- Prep fresh vegetables and other ingredients daily
- Label, store, and rotate food properly (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Assist the kitchen team as needed during prep hours
- Previous experience slicing deli meats, cheeses, and vegetables (required)
- Daytime availability (required)
- Ability to use commercial slicers safely and correctly
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [25–40] lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
