Registered Nurse (RN)

Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a long-term care assignment at Ecumen Detroit Lakes in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Compensation: $60 per hour. Approximately $2,325 per week. Based on 38.75 scheduled hours. Overtime and holiday compensation may differ. Weekly earnings may vary based on actual hours worked. Assignment Details: Location: Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Specialty: Long-Term Care. Facility type: Nursing home. Start date: August 10, 2026. Schedule: PM/NOC mix. Primary overnight shift: 10:00 PM-6:15 AM. Shift length: 8 hours. Scheduled hours: Approximately 38.75 hours per week. Weekend requirement: Every other weekend. Job type: Full-time contract. Responsibilities: Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders. Complete nursing assessments and accurately document resident care. Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition. Coordinate care with providers, families, and facility staff. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members. Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices, and facility policies. Respond appropriately to emergencies during evening and overnight shifts. Requirements: Active Minnesota RN license. Current BLS certification. At least one year of recent long-term care or nursing-home experience preferred. Experience working evening and overnight shifts. Ability to work an every-other-weekend rotation. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills. Dependable transportation to Detroit Lakes.
