Privacy & Data Sharing Specialist

Job Description

**FULLY REMOTE**

ScolerTec is seeking multiple Privacy & Data Sharing Specialists to define and administer enterprise data privacy, classification, retention, and data-sharing controls across a modern cloud data environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy-risk analyses and Privacy Impact Assessments.
\n
• Define classification, retention, handling, and privacy rules.
\n
• Protect sensitive and personally identifiable information.
\n
• Draft and administer data-sharing agreements.
\n
• Develop/review MOUs and interconnection security agreements.
\n
• Maintain data-sharing inventories.
\n
• Support Privacy Act and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Partner with legal, governance, security, and engineering.
\n
• Apply privacy-by-design principles.
\n
• Translate policy/legal requirements into technical and operational controls.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years relevant cybersecurity/privacy experience.
\n
• PIAs/privacy risk review experience.
\n
• Data-sharing agreements, MOUs, or ISA experience.
\n
• Privacy Act, retention, and federal classification knowledge.
\n
• Data governance/cloud-data familiarity.
\n
• CIPP/CISSP preferred.
