???? Now Hiring: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

???? Service Areas: Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palos Hills, and West Dundee, IL and in clinic 

Join our growing team as a Part-Time BCBA and enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while maintaining a small, manageable caseload.

???? Compensation

$80–$95 per hour

• No minimum hour requirement

• Administrative support provided
• Choice of:
  • Daytime clients
  • Afternoon/evening clients

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
