QuickPro Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Fairborn, Ohio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing returned merchandise, and ensuring all product movement is properly tracked and documented. The ideal candidate will play a key role in minimizing inventory discrepancies and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts, location audits, and physical inventory verifications
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing or mis-tagged items
• Support audit processes, including preparation, scanning, and tagging of inventory
• Collaborate with receiving and outbound teams to ensure real-time inventory accuracy
• Receive, inspect, and document returned merchandise from customers or delivery teams
• Process returned and refused items accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with order picking and inventory put-away during peak periods
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company inventory procedures

Qualifications:

• Safety-conscious mindset in all work activities
• Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise using proper equipment
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and basic calculations
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle and move products efficiently
• Experience working with warehouse equipment, powered machinery, or hand tools preferred
• Ability to learn new computer systems and processes quickly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• Inventory control experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate
• Ability to successfully complete safety and equipment training
• Ability to work at elevated heights on lifts for extended periods
• Maintain a positive and reliable work ethic

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work at elevated heights when required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
