Job Description
The Entry Level Account Manager plays a crucial role in supporting client relationships and ensuring smooth sales processes. This position involves managing communications, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data to help drive customer satisfaction and business growth. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and have opportunities for career advancement to Senior Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to address needs and inquiries
- Support sales activities and assist with order processing
- Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Prepare reporting to track account performance and sales metrics
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in account management
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of sales fundamentals
- Ability to collaborate well within a team environment
