Job Responsibilities As our Residential Building Maintenance Tech, you complete work orders for residents, ensuring every request receives prompt attention and care. You work closely with the property manager to ensure that each site looks pristine and proactively address any maintenance issues before they escalated. And as you turn units to prepare for new move-ins, you take pride in knowing you're helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for those starting their new chapter in their homes. Your expertise in facilities and residential maintenance shines as you confidently tackle electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical repairs, contributing to a well-functioning community.
