General Managers develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards.
Required Competencies:
- At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry.
- Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position.
- 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions.
- 1 year of scheduling experience.
- 2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience.
- 5 years of cash handling experience.
- 5 years of customer service experience.
- 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics.
- Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM.
- Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school Diploma/Equivalency.
- Valid Driver's License.
Requirements:
- A leader and role model for the employees
- Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must submit to a background check
