Key Responsibilities Assist business customers with their unique insurance needs through inbound calls Educate customers about coverage options and available products tailored to their businesses Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process effectively Required Qualifications Active Producer's/Sales Property & Casualty (P&C) license A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education Ability to work evening hours as late as 11 pm ET after training Designated workspace free from noise and distractions High-speed internet connection and wired computer setup
