Pay : $24.00 per hour
Shift : 1st Shift, 5 AM to 1:30 PM (Monday-Friday); will transition to 4-10’s after June. Possible overtime on Fridays and weekends.

What’s a Typical Day as a Painter?
You’ll be:

• Prepping parts, including washing, drying, masking, and caulking.
• Painting parts using pressure-fed and electrostatic guns to meet quality standards.
• Checking finished work for conformance to specifications and making necessary adjustments, including minor troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Completing daily and weekly housekeeping and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Reading and following work instructions and established procedures.
• Using a PC or tablet to manage your daily schedule, access digital tools, and report issues.
• Recording data and maintaining quality and maintenance records.
• Adhering to all quality and safety policies, guidelines, and requirements.

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have one of the following: High School Diploma or GED, National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• Can perform manual tasks (frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 35 lbs, and repetitive actions).
• Are able and willing to work any shift and overtime, including weekends.
• (Preferred) Have one or more years of experience in manufacturing.
• (Preferred) Have one or more years of experience painting in a manufacturing setting.
• Can successfully complete a Respiratory & Physical Capacity Profile (PCP) test prior to placement.
