Direct Marketing Assistant

Exito Universal Inc. is hiring a Direct Marketing Assistant for our Charlotte, NC operation. This is an entry-level, face-to-face sales and customer-facing role for someone who enjoys communicating with people and wants to develop practical experience in sales, customer acquisition, and business development. You will represent established brands through in-person sales campaigns, customer conversations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, present products and services, and support customers throughout the sales process. No previous sales experience is required, training and coaching are provided Key Responsibilities Represent clients and brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions. Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant product or service information. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver clear, confident presentations. Support direct sales and customer acquisition activities. Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service. Work toward individual sales and customer engagement targets. Attend coaching sessions to develop sales, communication, and presentation skills. Accurately record relevant customer and sales information What We’re Looking For: We welcome applicants with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, fundraising, or other customer-facing roles, as well as candidates starting their careers.You should have; Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Confidence interacting with customers face-to-face A genuine interest in sales and customer acquisition A positive, professional, and resilient attitude.
