Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance in an outpatient setting as the primary work environment
• Offer occasional inpatient coverage as needed
• Occasional float to a secondary location to support staffing needs
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Ability to provide inpatient coverage when required
• Ability to meet compliance requirements within a strict two-week pre-start deadline

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with both outpatient and inpatient therapy environments
• Flexibility to float to additional clinic locations as needed
