Our firm is looking for an applicant who can manage case files from start to finish and help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. We need someone with excellent credentials, a real passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. Responsibilities Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information Settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate and negotiate reasonable agreements Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases Conduct client consultations, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement demands Negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure compliance with firm processes Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to drive case progress Qualifications Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree required Computer proficiency is essential Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia (required) 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience Strong deposition, motion‑practice, and courtroom advocacy skills Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple cases with discipline, organization, and attention to detail Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of litigation strategy Compensation $140,000-$180,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
