Corporate/M&A Lawyer for AI Evaluation

Evaluate and compare AI-generated answers to practical questions involving French law, using your corporate and M&A expertise to help assess response quality. Role Overview

This remote, hourly engagement involves reviewing outputs from two AI language-model platforms and applying a consistent evaluation standard to each response.

• Run the same set of prompts through two AI platforms.
• Review and compare both outputs side by side.
• Score each response using the provided standardized rubric.
• Provide concise written feedback for every evaluation.

• Qualified to practise law in France, with strong knowledge of French corporate and commercial law.
• At least 2 years of primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice; 3 or more years is preferred.
• Candidates currently working in-house are eligible only if they moved in-house within the past 2 years and previously gained their relevant experience at a law firm.
• Native or fluent French, with precise written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow a rubric, and meet deadlines.

• Remote role for candidates based in France.
• Hourly engagement with an initial commitment of approximately 10 hours and potential for additional work.
• All work is subject to a nondisclosure agreement.

150 to 160 per hour.
