Account Associate

As Account Associate for Berenice Mendez, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks, including acting as a receptionist by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing front desk activities. Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $34,998.00 - $74,999.00 per year
