Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager Location: Lakewood, NJ Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 DOE A growing medical referral organization is seeking a relationship-driven Fundraising & Donor Relations Manager to lead fundraising initiatives and strengthen donor engagement throughout the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building long-term relationships, and organizing successful fundraising events. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors. Develop strategies to increase donor engagement, retention, and contributions. Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events and donor appreciation programs. Conduct donor meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management. Identify and cultivate new donor opportunities within the community. Lead fundraising campaigns and outreach initiatives. Work closely with leadership to achieve fundraising goals and expand donor support. Track donor activity and maintain accurate records of communications and contributions. Represent the organization professionally at community events and meetings. Qualifications Previous fundraising experience is a strong plus. Experience in donor relations, client relations, business development, account management, or community outreach preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
