Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dynamic support role within a healthcare setting. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of various hospital activities, providing essential assistance to both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hospital staff to facilitate effective communication and workflow. Assist in the management of patient records and ensure the accuracy of information. Provide support during patient admissions and discharges, ensuring a seamless experience. Coordinate with various departments to organise patient care and services. Respond to inquiries and provide information to patients and families regarding hospital procedures. Requirements Proven experience in a healthcare support role or similar environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to healthcare. Nice to have Certification in healthcare administration or related fields. Familiarity with medical terminology. Experience in a customer service-oriented role.
