Join a Level III NICU team providing comprehensive neonatal care. Manage an average daily census of 78 NICU patients. Deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns. Attend and manage high-risk deliveries. Provide care for healthy newborns in the newborn nursery. Collaborate closely with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in continuous onsite neonatology coverage. Support over 1,100 annual deliveries. Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care. Practice in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Contribute to ongoing excellence in neonatal outcomes and patient experience. Potential leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates. Candidates who are completing Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship training and are eligible for boards are encouraged to apply. This position requires residency within the local area.
