The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to professional development. Essential Job Functions Utilize the Nursing Process effectively to deliver quality patient care. Document thoroughly as care is provided, adhering to regulatory and departmental standards. Assist in the responsible management of healthcare resources. Take responsibility for maintaining clinical competencies and supporting the professional development of self and others. Apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a clinical environment. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exhibit sound judgment, patience, and professionalism in all interactions. Thrive in a fast-paced and often stressful environment, adapting to new patient safety requirements and objectives. Proficient in using computer software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic medical records. Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and advanced mathematical skills. Display creativity, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and effective decision-making. Patient Ratios The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:7. Qualifications Current RN Idaho License. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) and Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
