More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind.**What you’ll do****:*** Analyze and review each assigned loan to determine the proper collection actions that needs to be taken* Monitor the financial conditions of borrowers* Keep in contact with attorneys regarding legal issues* Develop and implement collection strategies* Collect payments and liquidate collateral* Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes**What you’ll need:*** Proficient in Microsoft computer applications* Bachelor's Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience* Excellent written and oral communication skills* 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan Review, or Lending**Our Benefits:**At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
