Join our team as a School-Based Behavior Technician , providing 1:1 support to students with autism in a collaborative school setting.

Love working with kids? No ABA experience required!

We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and full support through the RBT certification process.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to a student throughout the school day 
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills 
• Support independence and confidence 
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and a supportive clinical team

What You'll Need:

• Active Illinois Paraprofessional License (we can help you get this!)
• RBT certification (required before first day)
