Launched in January of 2021, this business has established itself as Charleston’s trusted local source for specialty linen rentals, servicing the southeastern event industry and beyond. Responsibilities Responsible for sorting, organization and handling of inventory on a day to day basis Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of inventory and company processes Communicate with clients regarding upcoming events and finalizing order details Prepare orders for shipment by pulling and staging inventory Support Director of Operations to ensure orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner Assist with shipping and tracking of all orders Manage the flow of goods from one event order to another Troubleshoot order issues and problems to resolution Oversee quality control of all inventory, maintaining inventory accuracy and shelf integrity Responsible for basic operational duties including monitoring and requesting supplies, preparing supplies for packing, and accurately entering data for shipments and orders Be flexible to manage other assignments within the department as they arise Assist with delivery/pick ups for local events Responsible for identifying areas of improvement in existing processes and procedures Work with Founders on daily tasks and special projects Requirements On-site position Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Reliable Flexible Detail oriented Highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr Stradley Davidson
