About the role As a Business Systems Analyst on Anthropic's BizTech team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architectural decisions, ensuring engineering teams build solutions that scale with our rapid growth.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements, configure systems, and ensure our business technology ecosystem operates efficiently and effectively. This role combines analytical thinking with technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain systems that drive operational excellence. You'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. As we continue to scale rapidly, you'll help ensure our systems and processes evolve to meet the growing demands of our organization while maintaining the high standards of efficiency and reliability that Anthropic requires.
