We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Seasonal Drivers to support our Logistics team in McDonough/Atlanta area during a high-volume delivery period. As a Seasonal Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring mail and packages are delivered accurately and on time using a company-provided sprinter van. Job Summary

The Seasonal Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of mail and packages within an assigned route. This role requires strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. A company sprinter van (or your own vehicle) will be provided for all deliveries (food card included) and no formal uniform is required for this position. This is a contract position, meaning that contractors will be in charge of their own taxes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided sprinter van (optional) to deliver mail and packages along assigned routes in a safe and timely manner
• Plan and organize delivery stops to maximize efficiency and meet daily delivery deadlines
• Inspect the sprinter van before and after shifts to ensure it is in safe operating condition
• Load and unload mail and packages accurately, verifying delivery information as needed
• Navigate residential and commercial areas using GPS or route sheets provided by the company
• Maintain accurate delivery records and promptly report any delays, issues, or discrepancies
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while operating the vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check ( no felonies, DUIs, sex crimes or violent crimes)
• Ability to pass drug test ( we only screen for methamphetamines, heroin, and coke)
• Ability to safely operate a sprinter van or similar vehicle
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 10 lbs as needed
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work seasonal hours, including flexibility for varying shift schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route optimization tools
• Experience driving larger vehicles such as vans or box trucks
• Knowledge of McDonough/Atlanta roadways and delivery areas

Technical Skills

• Proficiency using GPS navigation apps and mobile delivery tracking tools
• Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance awareness
• Ability to use handheld scanners or delivery confirmation devices
• Strong verbal communication skills for customer interactions

This Seasonal Driver position is based in McDonough,GA and does not offer remote work. The hourly pay range for this role is $23.00 to $28.50, depending on experience.
