Construction Inspector

We are looking for a Construction Inspector to be part of a growing team building B&N’s Construction Service practice in Indianapolis. Construction Inspector Responsibilities Monitor work of contractors to ensure quality control and contract compliance for roadway, structure, and bridge construction Monitor contractor’s operations to ensure compliance with contract terms and specifications Provide general inspection on construction labor and subcontracted tasks Provide report of assigned work activities, contractor labor and equipment, and quantity of materials received Perform on-site material testing and verification Calibrate and maintain testing equipment Create and compile close out/final construction records documents for submission Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent All required jurisdictional certificates and statement requirements Valid state driver’s license Use of general software packages, Microsoft Office Ability to obtain all 6 INDOT Certified Technician Courses in first year of employment We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, national origin, disability status, marital status, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burgess & Niple
