Customer Support Specialist

Job Title: Seasonal Staff Member Position Type: Full-Time Preferred / Part-Time (Minimum 20 Hours per Week) Duration: Mid-October – Mid-January Language Requirement Bilingual (English & Spanish) candidates preferred but not required. Scheduling Needs Regular Shifts: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Staffing will be split evenly between these two shifts) Special Requirements: Must be available to work the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/25), including an evening shift from 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Required to work Black Friday weekend (anticipated hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm). Must be available for weekend shifts throughout December. Mondays in December require extended hours (7:00 am – 5:00 pm). Required to work on December 26. Qualifications Ability to commit to the full assignment duration. Reliability and flexibility with scheduling. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
