Litigation Attorney – Housing/Landlord-Tenant (Contract Opportunity)

Duration: 6-8 Month Contract

Location: Maryland

Client: Government Agency Housing Program

Openings: 2 Attorneys

TriSource is assisting a government agency in identifying two experienced Litigation Attorneys to support the agency’s Housing Program. Attorneys will represent the agency in prosecuting lease enforcement matters and other landlord-tenant cases in court and/or administrative proceedings.

Responsibilities

Handle housing and landlord-tenant litigation matters from intake through resolution
Represent the agency in court hearings and administrative proceedings
Prosecute lease enforcement actions and related housing cases
Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and supporting documentation
Collaborate with agency stakeholders regarding case strategy and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

Active member of the Maryland Bar in good standing
3–5 years of trial litigation experience, specifically within housing and landlord-tenant law
Strong courtroom and hearing experience
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
Immediate availability preferred
