Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) This role is an entry level financial solutions advisor position for Bank of America. You will obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, Series 66), receive on‑boarding and training, and then grow client relationships to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Responsibilities Obtain and maintain required industry licenses within specified time frames (SIE within 30 days, Series 7 and 66 within 120 days). Participate in Academy training and one‑on‑one coaching to develop consultative selling skills. Build and manage client relationships, serving small business owners, higher net worth clients and banking customers. Provide comprehensive financial advice, conduct client reviews and presentations with confidence. Recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions. Manage portfolio pipeline, referral identification, and referral management. Support daily client engagement and maintain client focus throughout interactions. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑disciplined time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer relationship skills via effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset, prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Learning agility and adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current holder of FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or bachelor’s degree with at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Minimum of one year of financial services or sales experience. Licensing and Regulatory Requirements Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failing to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination. Compensation Hourly pay range: $28.85 – $33.65, determined by experience, education, and skill set.
