What You’ll Do Learn high-end retail sales and customer experience Master product knowledge in hot tubs, water care, and wellness Support daily showroom operations Manage inventory and merchandising standards Lead by example on the sales floor Develop leadership skills alongside senior management Career Path Year 1: Develop sales and operational expertise Begin leadership responsibilities Earn performance-based bonuses Year 2: Take ownership of store performance metrics Lead team training and execution Step into Store Manager role This is a career-track position, not a static retail role.
